Alan Norris, President & CEO
Alan Norris is the President and CEO of Brookfield Residential, one of North America’s largest publicly-traded real estate companies with assets in excess of $2.8 billion. A part of the Brookfield Residential team for nearly three decades, he joined the Company in 1983 following six years in public practice as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and Touche. Alan has been involved in a number of industry initiatives, having served as Chair of the Carma Centre for Excellence and Co-Chair of Calgary’s Infrastructure Funding Committee. He is also actively involved in the community and currently serves as co-chair of the Resolve Fund and is Chairman of the Calgary Homeless Foundation, organizations focused on ending homelessness.

Craig J. Laurie, Executive VP & CFO
Craig Laurie is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Residential, prior to which he held the same position with Brookfield Homes since October 2008. Prior to his position with Brookfield Homes. Craig held an executive position with Brookfield Asset Management LLC, a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management, from April 2007. From June 2003 to March 2007, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Office Properties, and has held various other positions with Brookfield Asset Management and associated companies. Mr. Laurie joined Brookfield Asset Management in 1997 and holds a Chartered Accountant designation.
